The action involved a Street Marketing intervention at an urban bus stop. Unexpectedly, a person starts laughing, triggering a chain reaction of laughter among the others. We observe various types of laughter, from the most reserved to the loudest, creating a positive mood that serves as the framework to develop the entire action and adapt it to the different channels where the campaign has been communicated.
